San Francisco- The ambitious Exotic Erotic Expo, which started as an offshoot to the most famous Halloween masquerade in the world — the Exotic Erotic Ball — is back for another two-day affair over Halloween Weekend at the Cow Palace, October 27 and 28, 2006. As one of the fastest growing industries in the world, the Adult Entertainment industry will generate well over $15 Billion in revenue in 2006. The Exotic Erotic Expo, established in 2004, is expected to attract over 10,000 consumers over two days. The Ball, established in 1979, has regularly attracted as many as 25,000 revelers every year since 1998.

The Expo features erotic art, exotic fashion, sexy products and adult toys from hand-picked exhibitors, plus contests and prizes, a spiritual oasis, a free goodie bag, panel discussions, live burlesque performances from entertainers booked to perform for the Ball, and everything from staged Same Sex Weddings to a Human Petting Zoo.
The Exotic Erotic Expo is open to the public on Friday, October 27 from 2PM to 10PM, and again on Saturday, October 28 from Noon to 6PM. The Expo is even running free bus shuttles to the show from the Daly City BART station. The Expo features special appearances from the biggest stars from adult entertainment, including Tera Patrick, Devinn Lane, Heather Gates, Sydney Steele, and dozens of other adult film and video stars, plus live burlesque performances by the Porcelain Twinz, Rebecca from Rebecca’s Rubber Room, and Leonid the Magnificent from the summer runaway TV smash hit, “America’s Got Talent,” among others.
Erotic art including Ken Marcus’ photography — he’s had stints with Playboy and Penthouse — will be showcased, and the Expo also offers a preview of the much acclaimed Erotic Heritage Museum, with a showcase of vintage posters from the early days of adult entertainment. Devinn Lane is running her now-famous MILF Makeover and one lucky winner will get a trip to Hedonism III to compete in the semifinals. The body-painting wizards from Second Skin Images have been consigned to create a Human Petting Zoo and chief wizard Rich Diltz promises, “It will be spectacular.”
The Expo always embraces causes — in 2005 it spotlighted Freedom of Expression and presented a Lifetime Achievement award to Larry Flynt. In 2006, the spotlight will be on Same Sex Marriages. Says Perry Mann, founder of the Expo and the Ball: “The law sucks, so we want to make some noise about that. We are inviting same sex couples to the Expo Friday at 7PM. We’ll have a little ceremony, do some politically relevant vows, and one lucky couple will win a vacation on us, and we’re calling that vacation a honeymoon.”
Two hours after the Expo closes on Saturday, it re-opens as part of the Exotic Erotic Ball.
