> avn.com reported Friday that Digital Playground and Evil Angel Productions helped German police arrest one of the biggest pirates of adult DVDs in Europe. Sworn statements of Digital Playground CEO Samantha Lewis and Evil Angel owner John Stagliano led to the arrest of Nikolaus Kralik, owner of Paradise Film Entertainment GmbH in Muhlhofen, Germany, by German police. Kralik was arrested on suspicion of pirating hundreds of thousands of DVDs during the past two years.
According to the report, Kralik allegedly ran an elaborate pirating operation through Paradise which illegally duplicated movies produced by Digital Playground, Evil Angel and several other U.S.-based companies. German police raided Paradise Film three weeks ago and confiscated evidence that helped lead to the arrest. Stagliano said Evil Angel was suspicious of Paradise and stopped selling them product last year when it was discovered they were making compilations of Jules Jordan and Joey Silvera titles. A $50,000 settlement was reached plus assurances by the company that they wouldn’t dupe any more product, much of which was being sold outside the German markets. However Paradise reneged on that agreement. Stagliano said his attorney attempted to get help from the US Justice Dept. which refused assistance.
Digital Playground’s Lewis was interviewed by German authorities during the Venus Fair and was shown samples of her company’s pirated product.
Lewis said her company had been selling product to Paradise since 2002, and was also assured by Kralik that it would never happen again when Paradise began pirating two years later. When Kralik resumed pirating, he was cut off by Digital then started buying under another company, New Time, using the name Siegfried Mueller. Lewis laude German authorities for their swift actions and intensity in the investigation.

The rep said Tenbush “was surprised and appalled” when Jeremy – star of such classics as “Boobs a Poppin’ ” and “Colossal Orgy 2” – “imposed himself on the photos, grabbing her waist” as paparazzi snapped away. “She does not respect his career and wishes to discourage publication of any photos which make it appear that she condones pornography. She particularly regrets that, when she realized who had grabbed her, her response was one of those so-horrified-that-all-you-can-do-is-laugh reflexes that so ill reflect the revulsion one feels.”
Jeremy, a former teacher with a master’s degree in education, says, “Does she have a problem with teachers? Does she have a master’s? She can kiss my dissertation!”
