LOS ANGELES – An employee of Metropolitan State Hospital forcibly abducted a 17-year-old girl in his care, removed her from the Norwalk hospital, sexually abused her and sold her into prostitution, the woman claims in Superior Court. Represented by Thomas Cifarelli of Santa Ana, the woman claims she was committed as a mentally incapacitated minor in 1999 and appointed a conservator and that defendant Leonard Guillen, abusing his power as a hospital employee, abducted her on Dec. 31, 2002 and sold her into prostitution, “forcing (her) to engage in non-consensual sexual acts with unknown men,” in Los Angeles County and in Mexico. She seeks punitive damages.
