from www.timesnews.net – A high school teacher in Memphis is facing statutory rape charges after being accused of having sex with two students.

Arlington High School wellness teacher Stacy L. Hopkins also is accused of texting nude photos of herself to the two teenagers.

An investigation began after Hopkins’ ex-boyfriend called the school and reported that she sent the photos, according to The Commercial Appeal. The male students told school officials they received the photos and both said they had had sex with her, a court affidavit says.

Officials with Shelby County Schools said Friday that Hopkins was placed on unpaid administrative leave.

Hopkins has been released from jail and is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
