Jayde Nicole Lawsuit Update

from www.courthousenews.com – A model claims soft-core porn mogul Joe Francis assaulted her in a nightclub. Jayde Nicole says the much-sued founder of the “Girls Gone Wild” franchise ripped out a chunk of her hair and threw her to the ground.

In her complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court, Nicole says Francis assaulted her in an Aug. 28 fight at the West Hollywood nightclub Guys & Dolls.

In a Web posting on a celebrity gossip site, Nicole and her boyfriend, “Hills” star Brody Jenner appear outside Guys & Dolls just after the alleged incident. Nicole tearfully describes Francis grabbing her hair, punching her face, throwing her to the ground and kicking her.

In her Superior Court complaint, Nicole claims hordes of clubgoers trampled her to get a closer view of the action. She says footage from the club’s security camera back up her version of events.

Francis is awaiting a Nov. 6 sentencing after pleading guilty to filing a fraudulent tax return. He has been repeatedly sued on charges that his employees got underage girls drunk before filming them.

Nicole demands $1 million for assault, battery, negligence and emotional distress. She is represented by Ronald Richards and Nicholas Bravo.
