In the time since Max Hardcore was released from the Long Beach halfway house where he was residing after serving 30 months of a 46-month sentence for obscenity at the La Tuna Federal Labor Camp in southern New Mexico, it looks like he’s done several things.
Perhaps a facelift or skin peel? That would have been the first question I would have asked. Instead, Max who’s almost “glowing” like a kerosene lantern was interviewed by current girlfriend Angelica Raven at the recent AEBN.com/LA Direct Models Party in which he talks about his 2008 obscenity trial in Florida before U.S. District Judge Susan Bucklew.
[Here’s an interview I did with him at the time of his trial www.adultfyi.com/read.php?ID=30435 ]
In addition to his sentence Max was given a $7,500 fine for distributing adult videos online and through the mail. The Florida judge also fined Max’s company, MaxWorld Entertainment, $75,000 and shut down his Web site.
The jury had to watch more than eight hours of his movies.
“It’s such a bizarre and unreal situation to have the prosecutors playing your videos in federal court,” he comments.
Hardcore also talks about the fact that his distributor, Jaded Video, had sent copies of the European versions of several of his movies to an undercover FBI agent working out of Tampa.
