Max Sentencing Delayed to October? Could Get 11 to 14 with $17M Fine

Deep Throat writes on www.xxxporntalk.com : The sentencing recommendations came in yesterday [Wednesday] from the powers that be in the Max Hardcore case yesterday. They calculated that for sentencing purposes Max had accumulated 28 points, which led to a sentencing recommendation of 11 to 14 years in prison and $17 million in fines.

Now, keep in mind if you were to rob and bank and pistol whip an employee on the way out you’d only get 21 points (or about 8 years in prison)! You’d get less time than Max if you went out and sexually assaulted someone with a weapon, even!

Max’s attorney’s pretty much went apeshit at these recommendations and demanded that a hearing be held to discuss them, causing Max’s sentencing to be delayed until October 3rd.
