Porn Valley- The Marc Wallice issue has been resurrected with the news that he’s been directing movies for TT Boy’s company. Which isn’t surprising since Wallice has been editing for TT Boy a long time. But you’d think this would have been common knowledge in the business. Apparently not. And because of that, a lot of bad information is now going out. For example.
Roger T. Pipe writes on www.rogreviews.com where a lot of this has been stemming from:
“As some of you have noted, I have kept my opinions on the Marc Wallice situation to myself. Some of you noted that is seemed a bit out of character for me to sit quietly while Wallice was working (reportedly) as a director and while vitriol over a blog on my site fell down in buckets.
Sorry for that folks. I was trying to be a good journalist. When the story first broke (Thanks to Den at www.CAVR.com) about Wallice director for TT Boy’s company I had an initial reaction. Rather than run with it, I decided to attempt to communicate with someone directly involved with the story. I put out an open call for Marc, TT or anyone involved to discuss the matter and perhaps offer up some explanation. I would let their own words tell the story. Was I prepared to buy whatever story they gave? No of course not, but at least there would have been a story. I never expected Marc to contact me and talk about this situation. To my knowledge he hasn’t spoken on the record about it since it happened 10 years ago.”
Incorrect. Wallice spoke to me a couple of times during the late winter of 1999 while I was doing a chronology of events involved in his case. And those interviews were posted on my old website geneross.com.
The case isn’t a simple one to follow. And the reason everyone’s jumped to the conclusion that Wallice allegedly counterfeited a test was for this fact. Wallice’s test was dated 3-30-98 and listed the testing address as 14860 Roscoe Blvd. Suite 205, Panorama City.
Dr. Mark Henrickson, director of the Northeast Valley Health Corporation, said that it was “highly unlikely” that a test on that date had been administered from the Roscoe Blvd. address since the clinic had moved a year earlier from that location.
I didn’t want to go there, but more to come.
