from www.queerty.com – Last month, a JetBlue flight from Boston to Orlando could have met a tragic fate—were it not for the brave intervention of Xtube duo the Maverick Men.

You didn’t hear about it on CNN because the plane made a safe landing at its intended destination. Luckily, I’m here to tell you how an infamous porn dude saved the day.

My Swish Edition co-host Steve and I sat down for dinner with Cole and his partner, Hunter, at SandBlast in Asbury Park, NJ, where Cole told us the amazing story: “All of a sudden I hear a loud voice and this 6’4″, 250-pound guy hauls off and punches the stewardess in the face, steps over her, and tries to open the door of the plane.”

From his seat in the third row, Cole leaped to his feet and tackled the guy, and he and Hunter sat on the deranged passenger until help arrived. But Cole says they were operating not from selflessness but from “total fear.” “We were terrified that he was going to get that door open!”

When the crazed man was finally cuffed and sedated—by an EMT that happened to be on the flight—his daughter explained that the would-be leaper was mentally unstable. (Um, duh.)

And what did the Maverick Men get for their heroism? Free booze and a voucher for a future flight. What? No little plastic wings?
