Everything would have been fine except that these representatives of yours paid her with a counterfeit check for $2500.00, and apparently didn’t have time to get a real HIV test, so they just printed some up on their computer……… remember me now? Well, your content provider, Steve Bonhomme, aka Steve Strong, is now in jail. Oh yeah, apparently this isn’t the first time he’s done this under your moniker, another victim has come forward and has also filed charges. He is facing 2 counts of Grand Larceny, 2 counts of felony counterfeiting, 2 counts of sexual assault, and 2 misdemeanor forgery charges. The D.A. is none too happy with this looser and is seeking a Persistent Felony Offender (3 Strikes) charge against your employee. Did I mention that he has 2 priors for bad checks? Fortunately for us, New York imposes criminal restitution orders. Unfortunately for you, this felon probably has no assets, so they will have to look to the parent company for damages. If we can’t recover from askcs, I guess they will have to go after Global InterMedia. The other outstanding issue is whether or not you, or anyone else, has published this video on the web. Apparently the model release is void since there was no compensation. Given that the video is of nonconsensual interracial anal intercourse, the damages could be significant. I have not yet verified if your employee is maintaining proper 2257 records, have you? It is ironic that when I initially contacted you about this crime some 6 weeks ago in hopes you might take some action to curtail this activity, you seemed interested in cooperating. Since then you have not taken or returned my calls, or replied to my e-mails. Mr. Bonhomme was still representing EbonyonIvory when we set him up last week. Do they call that negligence? It seems to me that it would have made more sense to denounce this guy, verify that you had never had any dealings with him, and pursue him for misrepresenting your company ……. but maybe that wasn’t the case. I am sure all that will be sorted out when the NYPD detective and the D.A. review the logs from the perp’s computer. Who knows, maybe there will be footage of other victims. Anyway, I assume you were acting on advise from your counsel and have nothing to worry about. The one thing that I am still curious about is if you are running this scam all over the country, or if this was an isolated incident.
