ENUMCLAW, Wash. — A Washington state truck driver has pleaded guilty to trespassing at a farm where police say his friend died after having sex with a horse.

James Michael Tait received a suspended jail sentence but must pay $778 in fines and court costs. A King County District Court judge also ordered that he serve eight hours of community service.

Police say Tait, 54, was videotaping his friend having sex with a horse when the other man suffered fatal injuries, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported.
