Woman: I was raped at Real World House

The dark side of reality invaded the California set of the “Real World,” where a 22-year-old woman says she was raped after being drugged, police said.

San Diego cops say the woman, who isn’t in the cast, believes she was assaulted the night of Nov. 14 or the next morning in an oceanfront home used by the cast and crew.

The woman told cops a man who claimed to be an acquaintance of someone on the MTV reality show met her in a local bar and apparently slipped her a Mickey.

She said she passed out and awoke the next morning fully clothed on a bed in the guest room of the “Real World” house – being filmed by a camera crew.

The woman went to police Nov. 16. A medical examination done the same day revealed lacerations in her genital area.

Police served a search warrant on the house Nov. 18, seizing video footage, bedding, towels and couch cushions.

A cast member told the woman she may have been attacked in a bathroom, according to court papers.

Police have not made any arrests and said no “Real World” cast or crew members are suspected in the attack.
